Common adrenal fatigue symptoms are easy to spot if you’re familiar with the disorder. Adrenal fatigue happens when your adrenal glands become so over worked that they can’t produce the hormones that they need to. If you feel like you may have adrenal fatigue then look for some of these common adrenal fatigue symptoms in your everyday life.

One huge symptom which many people that have adrenal fatigue will have is a lack of energy in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Usually this occurs when waking up, between 3 pm and 5 pm, and again between 9 pm and 10 pm. While the person may feel tired during these times they’ll often resist going to sleep. The problem is this leads into another symptom which is the inability to sleep. This means the person may feel tired all of the time but may not be able to sleep even if they want to.

Many people that have adrenal fatigue will also notice that they will gain some weight around their mid section and will not be able to lose it. This could also be a symptom that you have adrenal fatigue.

Another easily noticeable of the common adrenal fatigue symptoms is if you have pain in your upper back or neck. The pain may come and go however you will feel it from time to time.

Finally you may also notice that you crave salty or sugary foods to keep going. Many people may not be able to notice this symptom at first because they have a sweet tooth however it also may be a symptom of adrenal fatigue.

All of these symptoms that one may experience derive from the same problem of the body’s inability to produce cortisol in sufficient amounts. The lack of cortisol is the root cause behind adrenal fatigue.
